Neutrality is a state of consciousness where you are free from judgments, attachments, and expectations. You are open to the possibilities, and willing to allow events to unfold in Divine Right Order and Divine Right Timing.
On the Map of Human Consciousness developed by Dr. David R. Hawkins, Neutrality calibrates at 250, which is also the level of Safety. At this level of consciousness, you maintain a steady balance in your Safety Need Account, which
makes it easier to stay in integrity and out of Victim
Consciousness.
Neutrality is not Apathy
Apathy (which is in Victim Consciousness) means you’ve given up your power. You don’t care about the outcome because you don’t believe you have any way to influence it. Apathy is “I don’t care,” and
it’s entirely passive.
Neutrality (which is in integrity) means that you’re unattached. You have
the power to choose, and you can consider all available options, but you know
