riendship describes so many different relationships. Before Facebook, a friend was someone that you knew personally and you chose to spend your free time with them. Social media has exponentially expanded our circles of friends to
include people we’ve never met and people who may not even technically be people (hi, Alexa!). Even when we limit the definition of friend to
a “real life” relationship, it still doesn’t clearly define the relationship. The spectrum of friendship can
include someone you barely know but don’t
actively hate to someone who would donate a kidney to you without even being asked. So which of
these people belongs in the
Eleventh House?
