are alone in the universe, that time is limited, and that what happens to you matters.

Okay, maybe that’s not
a direct quote. But the
point is that you can’t avoidsu ering.Age,sickness,
and death are integral parts
of the human experience. ey’re real, because they de ne the human experience, but they’re not
true because they do not touch your soul.
But not all su ering is inevitable. Most of the su ering we experience is optional.
Optionalsu ering comesfromgrasping
at the illusions in the story. When we create attachments and judgments,
we create su ering.
e vast majority of the judgments we create involve the content of our “little r” reality and a conviction that it should be di erent than it is. We judge any experience that is subjectively unpleasant to be objectively bad.
And if we go through a series of unpleasant, uncomfortable, or painful experiences, we often blame it on bad karma. Clearly, we’ve done something horrible in the past, and this is all punishment.
Karma matters, but it doesn’t work like that.
We operate in a hierarchy of Universal Laws.
e human experience takes place in the world of form, primarily in First
and Second Kingdom. e Universal Law that governs these realms is the
Law of Cause and E ect. When we move beyond the world of form and the linear, Newtonian reality into the spiritual realities of ird Kingdom, the highest law is the Law of Attraction. e Law of Cause and E ect operates within the context
of the Law of Attraction. When viewed from
this perspective,
everything that we experience in
our lives is e ect. e only cause is the vibrational frequency
