This is one of my favorite guided meditations. If you're familiar with the chakras, you may have noticed that the color green is associated with the heart chakra. Green, however, is the color of the energy of love being expressed. Magenta, on the other hand, is the color of love received. It’s important that we practice receiving the infinite, unconditional love. This guided meditation is a wonderful, gentle experience of allowing yourself to surrender to Love.
